The fixed ceiling gas salamander is intended for fast food professionals (snacks, sandwich bars, etc ...) . With its double infrared burners , this allows it to defrost, brown, glaze, gratinate and toast toasts, gratins, pizzas, onion soup .... The  professional gas salamander with infrared double burners can be adjusted effortlessly the desired cooking, thanks to 4-level racks. In addition it has 2 independent heating zones, which can be adjusted to half or full power. The bottom plate is removable with the grid and finally to finish, a stainless steel construction.

Wall bracket optional. Delivered in butane / propane with natural gas injectors.
