This professional electric pizza oven has two baking chambers which can hold 8 pizzas 24 cm in diameter . A professional, space-saving, robust and reliable pizza oven!
This electric pizza oven gives you exceptional baking results thanks to an independent thermostatic regulation of the vault and the bottom and also an independent management of the upper and lower armored resistances. All this for each cooking chamber.
THE SOFRACA QUALITY COMMITMENT: Armored stainless steel resistors at the top (visible) and at the bottom (under the refractory stone). Protected internal lighting.
This electric pizza oven has an interior and exterior stainless steel finish, it is equipped with 2 heat-insulated baking chambers of 500 x 510 mm each, which can accommodate 4 pizzas of 240 mm in diameter per chamber (i.e. 8 pizzas of 240 mm) and with refractory stone hearth, thickness 15 mm. It also has 2 thermostats per cooking chamber, one to manage the upper resistance and one for the lower resistance and a door with counterbalanced opening with porthole which allows you to always have a view of the cooking of the pizza (s).
