Ideal to mix and mould pasta in different shapes, recommended for small businesses (Calipso) or restaurants and pasta industries (Eunice). Red painted aluminum (Calipso), aluminum (Eunice) or stainless steel (Eunice Inox) construction. Parts in contact with food are made in s/steel or food bronze. Moving parts mounted on ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets. One motor, belt driven with maintenance-free reduction gear and chain for the mixer (gear driven for the Eunice model). Equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps. Working parts with the possibility of rotating in both directions. Easy disassembly of the working parts with free access to the machine for a complete cleaning. Possibility of producing different pasta shapes by just changing the die. Accessories supplied: jug for measuring liquids, wrench for ring nut.
