The Topping Warmer with Ladle features a water-bath with wrap-around heating element to eliminate hot spots and provide accurate, even heat to your ice cream toppings. The Topping Warmer's temperature-controlled thermostat prevents accidental burning or scorching by sensing the food temperature and turning the heating element on or off as needed. It includes a 30mL stainless steel ladle and 2.8L jar.
Versatility is key with this countertop Topping Warmer. The base can be fitted with a portion-controlled, topping pump (81320) or an inset with three Squeeze Bottles (86819) for adding your Signature Touch to a dessert or specialty drink.
