Hold-Line built-in

An induction heat-retaining unit with continuously adjustable temperature control accurate to the degree from 50 to 100 °C. Modell HO/IN 1000-380 with patented coil arrangement with one main coil of 200 mm diameter in the centre and four smaller supplementary coils located in the corners. Modell  HO/IN 1000-GN with six coils. The coil arrangements ensures perfectly power supplying to every appropriate pan material and monitoring the temperature by means of the RTCSmp technology (real-time temperature control system).
