Mobile extraction system with inbuilt carbon filtration system. Designed to accept Scholl Multi Line 65 appliances, 2 (1100mm unit) or 3 (1500mm unit) appliancess can be fitted - these include Induction hobs, Bain marie, Ceramic hobs and Fryer, Crepe maker. The extraction extracts from the front and sides of the appliances removing cooking smells and smoke particles making it ideal for ront of house of cooking. The unit is supplied with 2 electrical sockest on each side (2 x 230v 2 x 3 phase), and is fitted with a front glass sneeze screen
