This stainless steel sausage clipper is a useful tool for butchers, meat processors or the hobby meat industry, where artisanal sausages are made. When you're done stuffing the sausages, you can use this sturdy sausage clipper to seal both ends of the sausage. The sausage clipper is easy to use. First slide the U-shaped clips onto a rail. Then insert the fresh sausage into the device and lower the lever. The device closes the clip around the sausage and that's it. The sausage clipper is made of stainless steel and is therefore easy to clean.
