The popular stirring and striking machines Lips Combirex Piccolo 3, Junior and Supra 22, with various attachment devices such as vegetable cutter, Wolf and Passierwerk. Very robust and durable, typical Lips.
- The agitator does not rotate around its own axis, but moves - as directed by human hand extremely evenly through the entire mass to be processed
- Thanks to the stepless adjustment of the rash (with the lever), the mixing mass sprays less over the edge of the kettle at the beginning of the process and the cook or pastry chef receives a perfect product in the shortest possible time.
