- Optional stands and heated holding draws available
- Powerfull flame burners provide a constant heat, and independent motors power the rotation of each spit at 2.5 times per minute for a slow even roast
- Clear tempered K glass doors retains heat and are large in size to fully showcase the roasting meats
- Independent motors allow the chef complete control over each spit
- Removable inside panels for ease of cleaning and also to protect the sensitive parts
