BIOKAN has been manufacturing charcoal grills for more than 30 years. Now we are proud to present you the new Roaster Pizza Oven. Two versions are available; the wood version and the wood and gas one.
The exterior and the interior cabin is made from high quality stainless steel. There is also a refractory floor for the pizza cooking. Thanks to this small and flexible appliance, any restaurant can offer to its customers the flavor of the traditional pizza.
