The Dough Mixer SKV 50 with variable speed, suitable for all types of hydration. Digital control panel with reverse direction as standard. Bowl, spiral, dough splitter in 304 stainless steel, with chain transmission with oil-bath gearmotor for noise reduction. Emergency stop activated by lifting the grid.
Single-phase power supply, with digital control display and motor-saving software: in case of processing poorly hydrated dough at excessive speed, it reduces the spiral revolutions appropriately to avoid irreversible damage.
