This professional gas stockpot from the 700 range by Tecnoinox is made entirely of stainless steel, it is equipped with a 50 liter tank in AISI 316 stainless steel, a stainlesssteel lid with safety stop in the "open" position , a chrome-plated brass tank drain valve , an adjustable tank filling spout and a double tank pressure control device onprofessional kettles with indirect heating (pressure switch, pressure gauge and valve of security). High efficiency burners.
Natural gas operation (delivered with spare Butane/Propane injectors)
Direct gas heating model (ref. P8DG7): ideal for cooking very liquid dishes such as broths
Indirect heating model (ref. P8IG7): indicated for denser preparations, such as soups or sauces (even heating over almost the entire surface of the tank thanks to the presence of a gap which prevents food from sticking to the walls)
