This FURNOTEL sprocket slicer is equipped with a non-stick stainless steel blade that is guaranteed for 6 years against corrosion according to the Rohs 2002/95 directive. It is made of anodized aluminum with food processing according to the current EU directives. The trolley is patented and totally removable, it slides on stainless steel bearings without oil. 
It has a drive system by sprockets, possibility of placing a plate under the trolley to directly recover the sliced ​​products.
