MultiFlex Contact Grill! The design of this high performance grill was
taken right from the operational needs of our food service partners
worldwide. Prince Castle's rigorous testing of over 2 million cycles
assures reliability and consistent operation! Its parallel platen design
consists of two heated plates that not only speeds up cooking and
grilling but also ensures easy pressing and uniform heating during the
cook cycle.

• The ‘top heater off’ feature allowing a flat surface griddle function.
• Top heater allows top surface grilling to create foods like paninis, BLTs, grilled cheese sandwiches and more.

Suitable for cooking protein - this machine is used by high profile

• Top heater temperatures are independent for product flexibility.
