  • The touchless system of Prestige IFS8155D tap opens water flow only when users' hands are ready opposite its infrared sensor, so water waste and microbe transfer significantly decrease in high traffic restrooms, especially at hospitals and schools, while accessibility increases.

    Creating a unique rounded square angle and with a chrome-plated finish, this sensor tap has an elegant but resistant layout ideal for contemporary locations.

    Its single supply design means that water temperature will be constant, whether cold or premixed, preventing visitors from scalding. In addition, low maintenance is required, since the faucet needs common batteries, comes with antiblockage pieces and its electronic sensor is easily adjustable.

    If an object stays in front of this automatic tap for more than one minute, the solenoid valve will close in order to prevent vandalism.

    Bear in mind that, to blend hot and cold water before the water flow goes into the single inlet of the tap, a mixing valve is necessary. We invite you to check our section of sensor tap accessories.

    To properly place this battery operated sensor tap, first of all please read the installation manual that is included in the box.

    We advise you to use the protection bag provided until all building works are finished, so that the polished brass can receive no harm. When washing the tap, use soft cloths and avoid abrasive detergents.

    Also, we encourage you to clean the removable strainer frequently and, whenever possible, disinfect the most out of reach internal parts of the unit.
