This robust premium tilting bratt pan has a capacity of 205 liters. The roasting tray is multifunctional in use, you can easily bake, roast, stew and cook with it. You heat the roasting tray and place the food in the seamlessly finished inner pan. When the food is ready, you tilt the inner pan towards you by means of a knob on the front. This way you can very easily scoop out the food or, when you are cooking food, drain it. The stainless steel finish of the bratt pan and the rounded corners make the bratt pan easy to clean.

- The burners are switched off automatically when the roasting pan is tilted
