Equipped with a self-priming pump, with a constant flow rate
PSV has been making brine pumps for as long as we can remember.
The latest evolution of this machine is the PM3 model. This compact machine features a 304 stainless steel body.
Offered exclusively in mono 220V, it will give full satisfaction to all artisanal delicatessens for salting cured meats and other hams.
Economical and silent, the PSV brine pump is equipped with a single-probe gun as standard. A 3 or 5 needle multi-probe is available as an option.
The PM3 is equipped with a self-priming, constant-flow pump that easily reaches its capacity of 750l per hour.
With its compact design, the PM3 brine pump is equally at home in the smallest of spaces.
