This CB Planet 24 Hi Speed infra red electric rotisserie, uses the latest Infra red heating technology. The intense heat creates a "Crispy" finish whilst maintaining natural juices within the product. The fast heat up time of the heating element greatly reduces heat up time and shortens cooking times saving on both energy and time. The ceramic element is also easy to wipe down.
