If you want to serve your guests homemade pizzas, this deluxe pizza oven is indispensable in your catering kitchen. You can bake the tastiest pizzas on the stone plates that adorn the inner chamber. The temperature in this professional pizza oven can be set between 50 and 500ºC. Because you can adjust the temperature both above and below in the chamber, your pizza not only gets a crispy base but also perfectly melted cheese. The heavy metal construction of the pizza oven ensures a long life. In addition, the oven can withstand heavy use.
With handy light
This reliable pizza oven is finished in stainless steel and has a metal housing and inner chamber. This ensures excellent heat distribution for evenly-cooked pizzas and flammkuchen. To monitor the progress of the pizzas, the pizza oven is equipped with a light in the inner chamber. The analogue buttons are easy to operate. You can also easily read the temperature. To prevent accidents the pizza oven has a double athermal glass.
Suitable for six pizzas
Before using the pizza oven for the first time, it's advisable to thoroughly clean the pizza stone. You can do this with a damp cloth, after which you let the stone dry completely. Then turn on the oven at 100ºC for 30 minutes. Then turn it on for another 15 minutes at 200ºC. After that, the oven is ready for use. After having baked your six pizzas of 30cm, wipe the oven with a dry cloth or a slightly damp sponge. Be careful not to use too much water, otherwise the droplets will be absorbed into the stone and it may crack.
