Description of VGP R 25 Orved | Gas vacuum heat sealer with cutout
- Orved presents its VGP R 25 model, an exceptional tray packaging machine that reaches a vacuum level of up to 99.99% and in turn allows the injection of any type of gas.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE mold-last and this will have to be chosen separately.
- The cutout of the shape of the tray/tray is perimeter, it is straight (WITHOUT the rounded shape of the corners) and only valid for rectangular trays.
- Vacuum, gas injection, sealing, cutting and lid opening are done automatically. 25 m3/h vacuum pump that allows cycles of less than 40 seconds. The digital panel allows memorizing up to 10 programs.
VGP traysealers are designed for particularly simple operation and reliable packaging procedures, they are the ideal solution for an inexpensive and professional vacuum packaging with trays and combine ease of use with reliability. Their easy-to-clean Hygienic Design supports the high demands of food production. The die parts and film can be changed quickly when packing with different tray sizes. The absoulte vacuum sensor ensure a perfect vacuum in all circumstances, allowing the packaging of liquid products. A gas flushing system enables trays to be packed with modified atmosphere.
ORVED thermo-sealing machines are designed to pack any type of tray in vacuum or modified atmosphere. Vgp 25N is characterized by its simplicity of use and speed in packaging. Equipped with a digital panel with 10 programs, it achieves a vacuum level up to 99.99% and is equipped with a gas flush system to inject inert gas up to 100% and pack in modified atmosphere.
The machine is plug&play and does not need compressed air thanks to our patented vacuum system.
The packaging process starts by manually closing the lid of the tray sealer. Vacuum, gas flushing, sealing and cutting take place automatically according to the packaging parameters that were selected After the packaging process is complete, the lid is opened automatically, and the finished packagings are ready for easy removal.
To save even more time, the high level of serviceability ensures that the sealing die-sets and formats can be changed quickly and easily without any additional tools.

Easy and fast system to replace sealing frame and mould, for quick packaging of different trays. All moulds include the scution holes to easily block the film in a perfect position for subsequent packaging.
