Boards for sous-vide cooking
Rectangular in shape and various sizes, the boards are made of food grade resin. Characterized by a high heat resistance, they are washable and reusable in several work cycles.
They facilitate the insertion of products inside the vacuum bags, and prevent from the risk of squashing in case of food superposition during the packaging phase.
