The IDEA 42 Hi Line vacuum sealer model is characterized by a fully automatic packaging cycle and is equipped with a Touch 5 ”control panel. With Chef programs and deaeration such as: red meats, marinades, sauces, washing of mollusks, spices ... and a wide variety of functions, which makes it a perfect tool in kitchens that, apart from conservation, work with many other vacuum techniques culinary.
Equipped with an inert gas inlet (ATM) for the packaging of soft and delicate products.
IDEA 42 Hi Line has a microprocessor and the possibility to record 10 personalized programs in a very easy and intuitive way.
The sensor allows vacuum packaging of any type of food, even the most difficult products (liquids, powders,
etc.), completely automatically, up to the maximum vacuum.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, seamless and with rounded internal corners for easy cleaning.

Chef Cycles for food processing – pre-programmed vacuum processing cycles which maximise efficiency and reduce labour costs, the Chef Cycles include:

Marinating in bags – the Idea 42 manipulates the air pressure to maximise marinade absorption whilst using less marinade. The cycle automatically vacuum seals the bag at the end.

Marinate in trays – the Idea 42 can be used to marinate trays of products quickly where vacuum sealing isn’t required.

Shellfish & Molluscs cleaning – using different air pressures can ‘trick’ shellfish like mussels and clams into purging any grit and dirt in minutes saving hours of prep time.

Infusing liquids – the Idea 42 can extract the maximum flavour and aromas from aromatics, infusing them into liquids and oils quickly without the need for heat or additional processing.
