Waterproof digital control panel with 36 programs, including exclusive pre-set programs (FTY), de-aeration program (DSI) and programs for Vases, also designed for the most demanding chefs. Date display, pump dehumidification cycle H2Out, external vacuum creation system with accessory ‘Easy’. Vacuum pump 25 mc / h and newly developed removable sealing bar. Length 415 mm.
