High-temperature pizza oven
SUN is our high-performance single-pizza oven, dedicated to cooking Neapolitan-style pizza. It is available in the electronic version (SUN E) and electromechanical version (SUN M). Easy to use , the SUN E version features a smart electronic control which allows for a precise management of the energy used and for the optimization of energy consumption. It can reach 500°C and has thick insulation. The narrow dimension allows for the creation of a “gluten free” dedicated cooking area even where space is at a premium.
It also features an automatic Booster function that allows the previously set temperature to be reached quickly.
