Our gas ovens allow for an excellent cooking, comparable to that of a wood-burning oven. The range includes 4 models, designed for pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm. The particular form of the side deflectors inside the cooking chamber allows to carry the heat towards the top part of the ceiling and refractory surface flame to reflect it on the cooking area.
All our ovens are yearly certified and pass strict control tests.
