Description of Icematic Glitter Machine SFN1000 Icematic

The machines ice flakes of Icematic Series SF, are part of a full range of model without storage tank , with an output ranging from 320 to 2500 kg / day of ice.

The icemaker SFN1000 glitters of Icematic can produce 1220 kg / day of ice flakes and is not integrated storage bin. It must be mated with Icematic UD500, UD700, UD1000 or DR620 storage bins (do not hesitate to contact us for more information on these storage bins) The SFN1000 flail machine uses a vertical cylindrical evaporator, equipped with a screw conveyor that scrapes the inner surface and takes the ice to the outlet where an ice pick is located. This technology ensures uniform flake ice making with low water consumption. The flake iceproduced by the Icematic SFN1000 machine has a high water content. Its body is made of stainless steel. It uses AGION antimicrobial technology and works with R404A / R452A gas .The SFN1000 glitter machine makes compressed ice dryer, uses electronic control, the ice outlet is from the bottom but can be made from the side with an optional chute. It is equipped with a stainless steel evaporator, with worm. Double refrigerant exchange, by contact coil and operation in flooded mode.

The crushed ice has many applications, storage and presentation of fish, the creation of cocktails, as well as in health centers and welfare. It is widely used in hospitals and in the production of sausages and bread, to cool the dough during mixing. The flake ice has the advantage of being easy to store, handle and weigh.
