l-in-one compact machine is the new, automatic Gelato Pro 6K Crea and is soon to be the ice cream machine of the future! It has been designed to incorporate sophisticated software which automatically manages the functions, including 4 specific production programs (Gelato Classico, SemiSoft Ice Cream, Granita, and Shock Freezing) depending on your needs.
As well as ensuring perfect results, these automatic programs make the machine completely autonomous, leaving the operator free to focus on other tasks. Other features include an electronic inverter system for the control and regulation of the motor, enabling the user to vary the RPM of the blade (55 115) to achieve the desired results. Its compact size allows you to place a PRO 6K CREA in every professional kitchen and the large opening offers easy addition of ingredients with no mess and no fuss. Other features include:
