The Nemco 55300A-516D slicer features a frame specifically designed to cradle mozzarella, but can also be used to slice 5/16" thick sticks of cheddar, and other delicious cheeses--it can even cut tofu! This cheese slicer comes with a 13 1/4" tall slicing arm for cutting 5/16" strips of cheese so that you can quickly and smoothly cube 1/3 of many 5 lb. loaves.
Its durable all-steel construction ensures that it can stand up to the rigors of every-day use. The stainless steel cutting wires are also replaceable with Nemco's 55288 wire kit.
