Top, sides, side and back splashes and front panel finished in stainless steel – remainder in
heavy gauge aluminised steel
Welded steel frame with heavy gauge removable fire box
Body is insulated with mineral wool to withstand extreme temperature
Cast iron H type burners rated at 30,000 BTU and equipped with stainless steel inverted Vs
over the burner ports for protection against dripping grease. Each burner has constant pilots
for instant lighting and is easily removed for service. Port covers also serve as infrared
radiants
Bottom grates are heavy duty cast iron, waffle design that are easily removed for cleaning
Top grates are also heavy duty cast iron, 127mm wide. Can be used independently either
flat or tilted position
Long lasting, specially selected, natural char-rock radiants are self-cleaning. The volcanic
rock reducing flare ups
Drip pan is full width, all welded aluminised steel that is easily removed for cleaning
Full width sloping grease trough carries grease run off from the grates to receptacle located
in front of the drip pan
Each burner is equipped with a smooth action valve for maximum heat control
