Spiral mixer from 6 kg to 50 kg dough, fixed bowl. Suited for bakery, pastry and pizza shop, for excellent dough in very short working times. The machine works perfectly with hard and soft dough. It is equipped with protective grilles, bowl, spiral arm and shaft (if necessary) in stainless steel. Moving parts are mounted on ball bearings and the special construction system reduces noise and vibrations. Single or double speed cycle. Mono-phase, three-phase or with special voltages.
