The fryer has one 230oC safety thermostat (1)
for single tank models and two thermostats
for the double tank models, which cut off the
power if this temperature is exceeded, and a
safety microswitch (2) that disconnects the
fryer if the heating element is not in the normal
operating position.
Both safety devices are accessible from the
front of the fryer.
