Our oblique-arm meat mixers have been designed to meet the requirements of the meat-processing industry. Silent, they enable homogeneous mixing without destructuring the product. The shape of the arm and bowl have been specially designed to meet the requirements of the traditional butchery and delicatessen trades. PSV mixers will also find their place in supermarket laboratories and small-scale industry.
All our professional mixers are made from 304 stainless steel (body, bowl and arms). They are particularly quiet.
With the exception of the 30-liter model, whose bowl is removable, all models feature a motorized, tilting bowl (optional on the 60-liter model). Tilting the bowl makes for easy cleaning.
They are equipped with feet and castors for easy movement. As an option, to make cleaning even easier, the arm can be dismantled. Two directions of arm rotation are available (except for the 30L version) for optimal, rapid mixing results.
When motorized, the arm shaft and bowl are driven by a high-torque, maintenance-free geared motor with bronze wheel and worm gear.
The meat mixer is a totally safe machine, thanks to its safety systems which comply with current standards.
The PSV 100-liter mixer is a pedestal-mounted machine. The 100-liter
bowl can mix a maximum of 55 kg of mix and a minimum of 10 kg.
Our range of mixers is equipped with 2-leg liftable oblique arms.
