The VILLA C15 table-top delicatessen bowl chopper is a robust, reliable machine. Made entirely from stainless steel, it can be used as a meat bowl chopper or delicatessen bowl chopper, but is also suitable for other sectors of the food industry. It is equipped with two independent two-speed motors (bowl and knives) allowing different combinations. Thanks to the high speeds achieved, even the finest work can be carried out. The bowl capacity is 15 litres.
Extremely robust and reliable machines, they owe their technical features to conventional industrial machines.
All based on identical design, our table cutters are available in three sizes, 15, 30 and 50 liters.
- 100% AISI 304stainless steel.
Very fine cuttings, for mousses, chopping parseley, etc. with the high cutting speeds (two speeds, twin basins and cutters). Working time is reduced and overheating avoided. Only a cutter with horizontal shaft and revolving basin can give such results.
