The Menumaster JET5192 high speed oven cleverly combines convection and microwave cooking to make the full cooking process faster and easier.
Thanks to the compact design, the Menumaster fits comfortably in even the busiest professional kitchens, yet the generous 34 litre internal cavity can accommodate larger or multiple portions.
The four stage cooking operation removes the need for pre-cooking and holding of food - everything is done in this highly advanced oven.
The touch screen control pad can store up to 100 menu items to suit your daily schedule, and the filters on the device can be removed easily for cleaning and general maintenance.
Fitted with a catalytic converter to allow vent-free operation.
