The manual citrus juicer has a metallic body, made by casting, painted black. Sita and the pressing cone are made of stainless steel. 

The juicer is operated by rotating the lever with a polycarbonate handle. The lever offers a great torque for easy use, even by children. 

The manual juicer is ideal for quickly making fresh juices from oranges, grapefruit, lemons or pomegranates in Horeca restaurants, bars, cafes and other spaces.

Compared to automatic juicers that use the power of an electric motor that drives a cone, the manual juicer relies on the force of cold pressing.
