  • 1 - Oval type: to form oval-shaped long loaves from 10 to 100 g, max. loaf length 16 cm.

  • 2 - Cylindrical type: to form cylindrical-shaped long loaves from 10 to 250 g, max. loaf length 25 cm.

  • An hand-wheel, for adjusting the loaf length, fits both machines. Machine is equipped with low tension electrical plant, with device to prevent accidents and is completely in stainless steel.

  • Output of both machines: 2500 pieces/hour. This machine handles fat dough and soft dough with water content up to 70%.
