  • The slicer OP has been looked on to open through horizontal cutting a great variety of products: Croissants, Briox, “Doughnuts”, Buns, Rolls, Hamburguer, Bread, etc. leaving the pieces open with both middles completely separatedor «as a book» (partial cut)
  • Provided of 4 regulators, wich it lets adapt to the cutting of very differents sizes.
  • Perfect and instantaneous cut of pieces thanks to a special steel disc

    OP is an horizontal slicer. It allows the full or partial slicing of loaves (sandwiches, buns). The cutting height and also the cutting depth are adjustable.
