The KT-S descaling machine can be fitted with different types of spindle/scaling head to cater for fish like Salmon and fish with larger scales as well.

The fish de-scaler works very simply by spinning a spindle or scaling head which is then moved from the tails of the fish towards its head whilst pushing down, this spinning head helps remove the fish scales in an extremely quick and tidy way.
