The Imperial ICVG-1 boasts a turbo-flow system to provide even cooking throughout the oven cavity, resulting in less shrinkage, more moisture and overall higher quality food. Cooking status can be easily monitored through the large window, and when cooking is finished the timer has an audible buzzer, reducing the risk of overcooking even in busy/noisy kitchens. The unit features a 2-speed 1/2 hp fan motor for both high production cooking and delicate baking, as well as a 2-speed oven cool down feature. Cleaning of this unit is not an issue, thanks to the porcelainised interior of the oven and the stainless steel exterior. Stand not included with oven
