DESCRIPTION
The Imperial ITG-36 is equipped with 3 griddle burners with individual, adjustable gas valves and continuous pilots for instant ignition. Aeration baffles between the burners, along with the full width rear flue, evenly distribute heat across the entire griddle plate. The 1″ thick, highly polished steel griddle plate holds temperature, eliminating hot & cold spots on the cooking surface, and is ideal for cooking a large range of menu items. The griddle’s stainless steel exterior simplifies the cleaning process, and grease is easily managed with the removable grease gutter and grease can, with a handy weep hole to indicate when full.
