SFN1000 flake ice machine
The Icematic SF Series flake ice machines are part of a complete range of models without storage bins, with a production ranging from 320 to 2500 kg/day of ice .
The Icematic SFN1000 flake ice machine can produce 1220 kg/day of flake ice and has no integrated storage bin.
It must be coupled with the Icematic UD500, UD700, UD1000 or DR620 storage bins (do not hesitate to contact us for more information on these storage bins).
The SFN1000 flake machine uses a vertical cylindrical evaporator, equipped with a screw conveyor which scrapes the inner surface and takes the ice to the outlet where an ice pick is located.
This technology ensures uniform flake ice production with low water consumption.
The flake ice made by the Icematic SFN1000 machine has a high water content.
Its body is made of stainless steel.
It uses AGION antimicrobial technology and works with R404A / R452A gas.
The SFN1000 flake machine makes drier compressed ice, uses electronic regulation, the ice exit is from the bottom but can be done from the side with an optional chute.
It is equipped with a stainless steel evaporator, with endless screw.
