Description of Indirect heating gas stockpot - 135 liters D9410PGI14 
External coverings and feet in STAINLESS steel Worktop height adjustable from 840 to 900 mm 
Worktop with thickness 2 mm 
Bowls in AISI 304 stainless steel with bottom in AISI 316 
Load water using two solenoid valves, with possibility of loading cold or hot water 
Front drain using the 2” chrome-plated brass tap 
INDIRECT ELECTRIC VERSION: heating with 2 sets of reinforced resistances placed inside the double jacket DIRECT ELECTRIC VERSION: heating using 2 stainless steel resistors placed on the outside at the bottom of the container GAS VERSION: heating using 2 AISI 304 steel burners, placed on the bottom of the container (direct heating) or the double jacket (indirect heating)
