This gas fryer 1 tank was made of stainless steel , with worktop in stainless steel AISI 304 , satin and a thickness of 1.5 mm. Its 10 liter tank has been molded with chamfered corners, in AISI 18/10 stainless steelto ensure maximum resistance to corrosion and with cold zone and foam expansion zone.
