This Gastronorm tray with GN 1/1 standard dimensions is ideal to equip buffets, caterings, restaurants, etc. thanks to the fact that it will allow us to keep the dishes cold for longer easily.
Simple and effective system, since you only have to cool the trays in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours and it will give us a cold duration of approximately 3 hours *.
