The innovative Cres Cor HC1-UA-11 HotCube 1 insulated 3/4 height outdoor heated holding cabinet keeps your items at food safe temperatures even when you need to keep them near outdoor serving areas! Truly cordless in design, this heated holding cabinet doesn't need an electrical outlet or a generator in order to operate. Whether you need to transport and store hot food for outdoor catered events, or your venue has outdoor serving areas where electrical connections aren't available, this propane-powered heated holding cabinet is the perfect choice.
Recommended only for outdoor use, this cabinet's powerful yet efficient 8700 BTU heating system runs on 1 lb. propane tanks (sold separately) for up to 8 hours of holding time and can maintain temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. If you want to keep the cabinet running for even longer periods of time, it is approved to run off of standard 20 lb. propane tanks when you use an adapter (sold separately). A convenient recessed well is provided, to store an extra canister for additional holding time if needed. A sight glass lets you see the propane flame, and this model uses a reliable piezo ignition so you can easily light the flame as needed.
11 sets of locking pan slides can hold a variety of pan types including sheet pans and full size steam table pans. At maximum capacity, this cabinet can hold up to (11) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (22) 12" x 20" hotel pans. The slides are spaced at 3" intervals, and adjust in 1 1/2" increments. It comes with four heavy-duty 8" pneumatic casters to provide excellent mobility over rough outdoor surfaces. The front casters swivel and have brakes. The rear casters are fixed.
