The innovative Cres Cor HC-UA-11 HotCube 3/4 height insulated holding cabinet holds your items at food safe temperatures, inside or outside, with or without a cord! Its powerful, yet efficient 1500 watt heating system runs on 120V electric, for indoor use. If you need to use the cabinet outdoors, simply unplug it, and switch to its propane heating system with 8700 BTUs of heating power.
Designed to use standard 1 lb. propane tanks, you'll have up to 8 hours of hold time on a single canister. A convenient recessed well is provided, to store an extra canister for additional holding time if needed. A sight glass lets you see the propane flame, and both audio and visual alarms are provided to warn you if the flame goes out, for worry-free operation.
11 sets of universal style pan slides can hold a variety of pan types, including roast pans, sheet pans, full size steam table pans, and even 14" x 18" service trays. The slides are spaced at 3" intervals, and adjust in 1 1/2" increments. It comes with four heavy duty 8" pneumatic casters to provide excellent mobility. The front casters swivel and have brakes. The rear casters are fixed.
