Description of the high-performance gas crepe maker - 400 mm diameter
The high efficiency gas griddle has a plate cast iron of 400 mm diameter and thick , specially designed for takeaway sales of light and golden brown pancakes on markets, stalls, trailers, trucks or restaurants again during carnivals.
With a construction specially designed for professionals, this gas crepe maker allows to have a perfectly homogeneous cooking and without loss of heat . This is possible thanks to its thick cast iron plate and 8-star star burner . It can cook 60 pancakes / hour instead of 26 to 30 pancakes on a classic pancake pan.
The high-performance gas crepe maker is very compact, ensures excellent cooking results, can be embedded in a worktop and is easily transportable. It is equipped with an 8-branch burner, safety thermocouple, piezo ignition and temperature control knob. Optionally, it is possible to choose with thermostat.
