or near flush mounting in an existing counter top, this unit boosts the
convenience of your work space by providing you with the ability to
cook with ultra-efficient induction technology.
This process is
flameless and heats only the pan and its contents, making it an
incredibly safe and cool range. It also boasts an impressive culinary
equivalent of up to 31,000 BTU of gas, delivering the highest power in
its class. Plus, this particular unit is outfitted with a sensor that
prevents operation unless a proper pan designed for induction use is
placed on top, which helps to ensure a safe, effective cooking
environment at all times. The range accepts any induction-safe pan with a
diameter between 4" and 13".
