• Has two hobs with a front-to-back configuration, with the top control panel controlling the front hob and the bottom control panel controlling the back hob.
• Features User Programmable Presets (UPP) with a 3-stage programming mode for the operator to create preset programs for repeat menu items, as well as a food temperature dual probe and 4 surface temperature sensors per hob for more accurate control and cooking.
