The slanted design of this unit provides a 5 degree tilt from the back of the unit to the front so that your customers or employees can access cold food items more easily. Plus, this slanted model still looks uniform with the rest of the Hatco drop-in food wells for a consistent look across any serving line.
This food well holds 3 full size food pans and features a drop-in design that can easily be installed into existing countertops, buffet lines, and other surfaces. The full-body insulation improves energy efficiency while retaining temperature and thanks to the built-in 1" drain, clean-up takes a matter of moments. This unit ships without a condensing unit for greater flexibility when you are setting up a configuration with multiple cold well units. It does include the solenoid valve and the electronic control panel, and for even greater convenience the remote controls can be mounted up to 16' away.
